I'm noticing a lot of people using whitespaces in their Battle.net account. I'd like to point out that this is actually a bug and will likely be fixed soon or could potentially be fixed mid-season. So use those accounts in the league at your own risk (it's up to Sword if he wants to allow them at all).

white spaces?

by white spaces he means regular spaces IE "tony G" instead of "tonyG"

Do you have evidence that it is a bug? Has it been acknowledged as such? If not, then the statement is subjective.
There have been Korean names with spaces for several months. It's only been allowed on foreign servers for a few days. I'm not saying that means anything, just adding some context.

Yes, it's a bug.
It breaks many commands such as /whisper, /ban, /report, /squelch, etc.
Additionally, it allows you to spoof as other players, as well as create weird combinations of names which historically have never been permitted.

Knowing Blizzard's track record though, I have no idea when this will be fixed. As I said, it could be mid-season or any time. Just be prepared to lose these accounts at any time without notice.

I wonder if they'll actually delete the accounts or if it'll be like illies in the old days.
