I'm looking to buy a new keyboard, I've been using Razer forever, but am open to new suggestions. I don't mind spending money if it's good quality
Any recommendations?

And what's a mechanical keyboard?

Mechanical keyboards are more expensive to make and have higher input accuracy. You can use the hell out of them and theyll stay accurate wont get stuck etc. They make more noise though thats the only downside. I recently bought one its way better for me.

Mechanical keyboards are the ones that make a very hearable click sound when you use them.
They make a world of difference for serious gamers (and any gamer for that matter).
I use the Redragon K552 Mechanical Gaming Keyboard it's on the cheaper end but still wayyyy better than a standard keyboard.
good luck!

I specifically use a laptop keyboard because gaming keyboards are absolutely terrible for wrist health due to their thickness and key weight leverages.
If you do decide to buy one, make sure it isn't too thick and make sure you don't use the two stands to raise the farside of it up. keep that down.
