§3. During Match

If there is a dispute regarding the game, you may state the reason of the dispute and leave the game within 1 minute.
This includes:
An opponent picked their race after the countdown
There is excessive lag preventing the game from being playable
An observer in the game whose presence was not agreed upon
Abusing this rule is prohibited. Examples of abuse include:
Leaving because of unfavorable races/spots
Leaving the game at the start without stating a valid reason will result in the game being considered a loss.
Allow your opponent 3 minutes of time for a pause break if requested.
After 3 minutes, you are allowed to unpause and keep playing.
In either situation, in case of dispute, you will need proof. Consider toggling windowed mode and screenshotting the system clock.
Building a second race using Protoss Dark Archon's Mind Control ability is prohibited in league matches.
Starting construction of a Hatchery or a Command Center as Protoss is considered an immediate forfeit.
Use of Mind Control on other units or even worker units for purposes other than building a second race is permissible.

there is no mention of it in the rules.

correct. SCV and Drone and Larvae = No.

This is not correct. You can mind control an SCV or Drone, you just can't build anything with them. You could use mind control to intercept a Drone or SCV trying to run to expo somewhere, and that is perfectly legal.

Evil beat thanks twice. You wouldn't be able to beat thanks once in a 99 game series. EviL shits on you in every aspect related to sc. Not only is he top 5 in the league right now, but in general he's a top 5 all-around player of all people who still play the game.

Have you ever watched his reps? The dude has better macro timings than Kokanee most of the time. He's undefeated this season with T and P, and most of the people he's playing also shit on you at this game. It's not like he's noob bashing at a rate any greater than any other player in the top 5. Even if he played other top 5 players more, he'd still be in the top 5 with the win %s he's able to get on these players. Especially if he matched their number of games played, which he may or may not have time/interest in doing.

Vulture 40-19 and EviL 16-0. Kenshu however only had P once vs EviL. Vulture lost against Kenshu's P 12 times and beat it 8 times. Vulture went 3-9 vs Monte/Mindseye, 4-1 against Koko/Kon, 6-4 against Jose, 0-8 against thanks. EviL went 2-4 against thanks. Honestly don't think we can come to any conclusions based on this other than EviL hasn't played Top players this season. The one instance where he played Thanks he did better than Vulture, but the sample size of that series is too small to draw any conclusions from.

I think we need an Evil vs Vulture Bo9/11

I agree that EviL is better than Vulture. But given people have differing opinions I figured throwing some objectivity into the mix might help. Right now EviL > Dinko. Mindseye, Thanks and Kokanee > EviL. EviL > Koko.

Something that could definitively produce an answer would be a Round Robin format tournament where all the top players play against other top players in Bo7 sets and two with most set wins face off again for a money prize.

Could be current top 5. Alternatively could have people vote on who to include in the Tournament. Would at maximum be 70 matches(+7 from final).
