Title: HELP! AI Replays Corrupting at 15 Minutes

The AI vs Brain and Shin Games I have keep corrupting at about 15 minutes. Does anyone know a way to fix replays? Is there a program to use? I feel like the 2000 APM messes up the late game and corrupts the replay.
