It is seen that Jose has been online for about 20 minutes.
It's clear he has read my pm's, read the several threads, and is CLEARLY stalling the tournament on purpose like he has the last 5 or so times. It's a shame what the ego can do.
Jose AKA L-Mx]-1mB4ck- is officially banned from this tournament, this blatant stalling has gone wayyyyy too far.
The~2v2 will take Jose's place and play vs WhiteAndBlack in a bo7 for round 1 of the tournament.

Organizing a tournament is so easy, why are you complicated is just eliminate the player who does not appear.
For example, the tournament will last 1 week starting on Monday, the host decides the ultimatum date in case both never coincide then the host decides that the range is Wednesday 6pm to 8pm (the time is chosen favoring the west player a little more trying to be neutral are 13 hours difference is more complicated but the Korean has to comply since he is in a western league)
It is the last chance the one who does not appear is eliminated but can be eliminated earlier if that player did not appear on the date that he said, example Monday night 6-9pm EST and then the Korean put Mars 7 am-10am EST and he did appear in both by putting bnet screenshot tests and posting in the forum, in that case the Peruvian will be eliminated without having to arrive on Wednesday.
Already if there are greater forces and they can only the weekend, should have a good excuse and the host is flexible, it will be given on Saturday as the last chance always choosing the time from 7-9pm.
Both players must be active in the forum putting the dates and the range of hours that they can and post when they are at that time.
If both do not appear on any date, both are eliminated, and they pass with the direct final and the same thing is done in each confrontation. The host should be on the ultimatum date he proposed to see who arrived and who qualifies.
Another rule would be if the Peruvian does not post anything on the forum and the Korean posts his date Tuesday 7-10am and presents and arrives on Wednesday 12 am, the Peruvian will be eliminated for not being active in the forum, so the ultimatum date not necesay Wednesday 6-8pm

I've always set rules of players having X days before elimination. I am not even invovled with tournaments anymore because players will still be dicks even with rules. Best move is to ban someone who doesn't show up from the next tournament.

Newport cry bad host. Understand a league more than a month does not need a tournament. Sword or donaters make tournament is when it is clearly seen that they have been avoided. For example Jammz top1 obviously sword will make a tournament top 4 and the winner will face in the final vs Jammz in which he will avoid playing, so the one who reached the final is easily championed without play
But if the league sees a strong player not dodger in the first place, there is no tournament. 90% does not happen that. The top players will always dodge each other when they are at the top, I include everyone except the Koreans JH and Brain.
This tournament was made because of hydra for playing more than 30 games against Gus, if he had not done it and try to play against dingo or jose and if they dodge then hydra is quickly given as the winner of the league since he played against the Korean alone in the first phase of the league.
Hydra's strategy for the end of the season is always to place first by playing vs free wins pubs and then challenge the second with an incredible point difference.
Too bad the Korean didn't show up, where is this sword to set ultimatum dates and end this tournament.

Both set the date and the hours but neither confirmed if it could be good time. Hydra said that it would be busy at night and dingo puts that time lol, but Hydra still says that he cannot the rest of the days until Saturday.
Sword must set an ultimatum date on Saturday or Sunday, consulting both in a range of hours that they can and so the time is decided and whoever does not show up loses.

Both players just choose a time over the weekend and if one person doesn't show up, other is crowned champion. The people who donated deserve to see a finals match.

The key to getting these games played is by playing a bo3. That way the loser can guard his sense of self worth by stating their loss was due only because there was two games that he lost. Sure the better player may not win every time but its getting comical at this point that all champions are crowned by disqualification because some people are worried about not being the best at a 20 year old video game. I'm not sure if this is the case in this scenario because Dingo and Hydra never seem to dodge from my experience but in other scenarios it is deff a problem.
