There’s a couple major differences. I’ve asked ZerG many times on SC and he dodges. He is same rank as me and choose to play lower ranks.
I’ve never been on the same time as brain to dodge. He’s a lower rank and I said I’ll play under that one condition. Which isn’t asking much

It is in fact very difficult to set up a time-window within which Koreans can play western Canadians. There is a 13 to 15 hours time zone difference. It is an issue I encountered last year while trying to set-up matches for my tournament.

Sword this is unfair is the same in past ugls, king slayer is like another kokanee winning seasons at the expense of Gus playing mass games, it seems that gus is made for that, he play mass games for that a top dodger receive all his points and win seasons .
In last season Scw was good because gangster brain played against all the tops players as defjam and others
They should modify the points system for the higher ranks from rank A so they do not dodge and force themselves to play with each other, for example an A + should win only 10 points vs an A- so strict it should be and if it loses the game would lose 60 points.

True, No life Gus plays way to much and all the top gamers bash him, making their records high. There should be a limit of playing the same person, When u win 10 games vs the same person then u cant play them again. Move on to the next guy. That would make the League more active but u could see only the 10 active playrrs play each other and dodge others because they're lower rank or scared to lose to "new" people. Lol

There’s a simple solution to this. People need to stop dodging. Only reason people mass games with buu is because he doesn’t dodge and he plays a lot. If everyone was as active as buu and didn’t dodge there would be a lot more games. People are active but they dodge. You played buu 25 games. Only difference with you is you lose to him more than you win. He beat you 18-7. Looks like he is pub bashing you.
I have played buu 50 games this season. Brain played him 42 games last season. He also played fizz 20 games. So half of his games last season were against two players. Please do your homework before making stupid posts.
This is the state of this game. This league wants activity and with very few players playing, you’re going to get a lot of the same players playing. There’s only six players A- and up. Two names there are the same person. There’s only so many to play.

I do not criticize buu I think it's good that he plays a lot but that he always seems to want to give points to the top player, he loses 4-0 and he wants to continue playing and losing giving him more points instead of stopping and tell him that play vs someone from his lvl or rank.
Now that, you will wait for the season to finish without playing because no one is going to reach you anymore. You dare challenge defjam with that difference in rank.
Surely if someone is near your rank was already looking for buu or vulture to give you more points.
It is the points system that is wrong, only for high rank should change so that the first 3 places only play between them

well when the top players never play each other, they always just dodge each other. I don't understand it. never can anyone play a big set. only one or two games? I just play idc about losing, so if you want to win the season , just get more active, play more games. simple as that. I'm only adding activity to the league.

Well, gangster]zerg wouldn't play vs kingslayer or defjam because he was too afraid of losing his rank, that's kind of his fault for being scared. 1 more thing fainer, I never play anyone with the intention of giving them points, they always beat me fair and square. I did not expect kingslayer to beat me but he played extremely well this season. He really is good to beat me like that.

I tried to play him on his low account after it was clear he was never going to play on high name. He won the first game and wouldn’t remake because he’s a scared noob. He went 1-0 no re. Even playing his low account. Then he plays C players to try and rank up and loses because he sucks.

It is a counter measure to end of season dodging and "bashing lower ranks". Rank 3 plays rank 2 and the winner plays rank 1. The winner of that series becomes the season winner. Each will be Best of 7. This way we maintain the importance of rank 1 while also adding value to rank 2 and 3. I initially wanted to push a Top 3 finals for season 4 but we felt it was a little too close the to end of the season to implement it.

Rank 1 gets a first round bye. Rank 2 and 3 don't. This way Rank 1 is still the most important. If we were to have a top 4 finals I'd go for 4 vs 3, winner vs 2, winner vs 1. Downside of this is that it might prove to be difficult to get all games in with 4 people, who could potentially be from the most extreme of time zones, given that all series will be Bo7. I am personally open for both options. It would come down to what people want.

it's for next season. Top 3 will probably be closer to each other in points with a top 3 finals in place. But for the current one I kind of do support a top 2 given it is so close, even though I want to see Defjam go against both of you. A top 2 probably won't happen for this season though. I've got a feeling Zerg won't do it and Sword can't force it given the season's over.

Both Jose and Kon have expressed a willingness to play. How about you two share your time zones and specify a time window within which both of you can be online. It's more productive and effective to be specific about these kinds of things. "lets play tonight" is rather vague and can because of varying time zone differences result in vastly different interpretations.
