And maybe a front page notification or a message on the bot that notifies people not to let Gangster members obs Gangster members.

The end result does not matter. Cheating is breaking the rules. Breaking the rules has the consequence of punishment. It puts in question all the games he has played prior to this moment. Because there is evidence he has cheated in one game the possibility exists he has cheated in a number of preceding games if not all of them. Add to that the fact Jose has been hacker tagged in VGT, SCD and SCZ and we have reason to believe that he systematically cheats. This gives the league a couple of options.
1) Ban Jose and Javier.
2) Reset their records everytime they get caught cheating or observing an SCW game.
Option 1) hurts league activity but does ensure they can't cheat anymore. Option 2) Gives a very clear cut set of conditions for them to follow. A record reset directly punishes them but still allows them to be active. Not allowing them to obs removes their ability to obs cheat.

It being a pub game does not exclude the option that he's been cheating in SCW games. Go formulate a compelling argument and I'll consider whatever you're trying to say.
And about the money, I don't care who wins it. The moment I donated it was no longer my money. And if it motivates you guys to play the game that's good. That's why I donate.

The game was played on SCW5 2.0 map, which means it was intended to be a league game. It was also clearly not a public game.
GanGstEr]JoSe.'s games for the current season will be removed and he is suspended for 1 week. In the case of gangster]x_x, there is no proof of him asking or using any help.
