Title: Color-coded member groups for recognition

I've enabled a feature where season winners and supporters (people who have donated to the prize pool) are recognized by having their forum name displayed in a special color. Supporters are shown in green and season winners are shown in gold.

:D great move! People who deserve some recognition from the Fastest community will now get it.
