I have just a Question. Its not allowed to report when our opponent disconnect? I really dont care about a win or loose cuz i just came back and im not going to win league or anything like that. But stop the shit cuz ik theres not the only disc reported by a player...

I think it should depend on the circumstances. Perhaps if Battle.net officially considers it a win? You will either get a "win" or "undecided" if your opponent disconnects.
If you want to see the "official" record of a particular game, as according to Battle.net, see the link in my signature and look up a player's game history.
