obs no open Reason

1. Obs out during game(msg)            == plenty
2. /f m (Group whisper)                   == plenty
3. alt+tab(lag)                      == ?
4. play:no obs please, obs: abuse            == plenty
5. There is no lecture.                        ==
Game speed issues (Mutal, Drones control)

ugl obs system bad.
me system bad?

Observers are allowed unless any player does not agree before match begins.

관찰자는 두 선수 모두 동의할 경우에만 허용했다. 한 선수가 아무도 경기를 보는 것을 원하지 않는다면, 그는 "no obs"라고 말할 수 있다.

turnrate 24 = higher chance lagg/bad connection
Dynamic turnrate = lower chance lagg/bad connection. Dynamic = turnrate change to make best connection game.
