I think too that if the winner of the tournament decides not to show up for the finals brain should play the runner up or some thing like that. Would just hate to see a repeat scenario like the last tournament.

Yes I agree. The last TWO tournament of titans finals were ruined, it would be a bad look if it happened 3x in a row.

I'll pitch in 25 usd for prize money on the games for this tournament

i can also throw in $40 cad. that would bring the current potential prize to ~$300 cad including the people quoted and tony's initial $100 cad. we should do something like 70/30 or 60/40 split for tournament and match vs brain?

That would bring the prize pool to $175 for this tournament. 70/30 split sounds good for 1st and 2nd. Unless we want to make a prize for 3rd place and have the two SEMI finalist play for that as well? With all these gosu's it could be a good match.

Dont let the koreans be able to win the price money, they arent the ones who are keeping this league alive...

Ill donate to the next SCW season 1v1 prize pool too. Operation keep starcraft alive.

I'll give 2 more days for the initial people I invited to respond before opening up the invitations to gosu volunteers or highest ranked people on the current SCW 1v1 ladder. Still need 5 spots filled.

I was thinking split with greater portion towards tournament winner and lesser to winner of match vs brain but the option you mentioned is good too. Gunner and Newbport also mentioned they'd be willing to donate. That would make the total prize ~$300.

I'll throw 100$ for Brain vs Tournament Winner Bo9.
If you guys were able to get brain to vs the winner I would throw down too!

FOUR SPOTS LEFT BEFORE BRACKETS ARE CREATED!

@savior from what I understand they wanted to donate specifically to the Brain match, so I will keep that separate.

If you cant find and players; Gus, sword, resoud and rosmein are all pretty solid.

And for the money distribution I'm not too sure, maybe you could put a poll up or something.

Either way, gl hf!

I can join, but won't be able to play any games between 15 and 31 December. Up to you if acceptable. (would probably get knocked out 1st round anyway)
