To Clarify. Lets say we take a sample size of 21 games. The > in this case indicates I think that player is more likely to win more games out of that 21 over the next person. The higher up the more likely. Does not mean that the person higher will stomp the person lower. They are all great players. I could probably have thrown a couple more names in there as I chose to omit quite a few of them. My rankings have a higher weighting towards the korean map due to its lack of imbalances greatly affecting win rates. It has an imbalance with units being landable on high grounds, but that's the only one. And lastly, Korea server has during its least active hours on average 6 times more players online than West server's peak hours. I looked just now, which is west peak activity hours and Korea's lowest activity hours. Korea had 6100 players online. Uswest 1254. During Korea's peak hours there are usually around 16000 to 22000 players online. There are simply more than 10 times more players on Korea server than Uswest. They have clans running inny games at Doromi+byul and Gensay+rabbit level all day long every day. They have loads of former professionals and semi-professionals in their fastest clans. Think of there being another 15 scans who play fastest all day instead of focusing on normal maps like scan does. Its a completely different environment in which the potential for growth is much higher. If West had a similar environment and a better map with less imbalances, I would probably have to place Hydra and Kokanee higher because they would have had more growth over the same amount of time.

More Peruvians in clans Gangster, L-Mx and Legend]. New Europeans in some clans. Some old Europeans too. Some new and old from vgt days in [aV] and [xT]. Some Professional Koreans in Scan and Gom(byul), some amateur high level koreans who at this point stopped playing. Hydra[vck] and rain[vck] are now Legend]Hydra and Viiper[zT]. I think you've missed the prime seasons where extremely gosu koreans played and made the league's overall skill grow because people had to learn and improve to keep up. Brain, LovelyRabbit, Goldscv, J.H, Xtre-X, Scan and GOM pushed overall 1vs1 skill to a new level. 2vs2 teams Gensay+LovelyRabbit and Gom+Doromi pushed 2vs2 to its limits and people have improved a bunch there too. Now Hydra, Kokanee, Dingo, Jose, Gohan and EviL are all pretty damn good and others aren't too far behind on them.

I don't think they hack. I am certain they observer cheat. Disallowing observers in any of their games should go a long way but that's a double edged sword. Many people who are legit like to observe and they would also be victims of such rules. I honestly think there's not much you can do about such forms of cheating except a no obs rule for known obs cheaters.

The fact you specifically felt called out says more than enough to me. I didnt say your names. Kokanee did. I didnt even confirm whether I was talking about you or not.
And if you have problems with me making friends on starcraft with people who happen to be Korean then thats your problem, not mine. I have also never called or treated them like gods. The difference between them and almost all of scw is that most scw players are unredeemable assholes. Naturally I will treat these assholes as assholes. Because if they act like assholes they must want to be treated as assholes. That aside I have always acknowledged people for their skill in scw regardless of whether they are assholes or not.

One thing that's I do know for sure though. I know of three players who have stream and observer cheated in this season vs Koreans. One instance was two games someone observer cheater for their clan member vs Scan, and the other was Jose stream cheating vs Burgersasu in a PvT.
I am not going to name the two people who observer cheated vs Scan because I will catch too much slack for saying it. Scan didn't care enough to make a post over it and because he doesn't care I won't care enough to get into drama over it. But the two people who did it know I am talking about them.
Let’s hear this one in detail since I was obs 2 games of safari vs scan. Are we cheaters ? Cuz it sure looked like scan just sucks with Zerg.
Also don’t forgot those 3 Koreans who you preached about so much all got caught cheating at some point with cash prizes being involved… goldscv jh and xtre x.
I said what I wanted to say in regards to the observer cheating comment. I am not going to get into drama with you. Your words already said enough. I didn't even name you. I could've been talking about anyone. Xtre-X I got nothing to say about. J.H and Goldscv never cheated. Goldscv lost those games legitimately. In a Korean 100$+ tournament Goldscv lost to J.H in the finals and accused him of cheating in that tournament but had no proof. They got into a fight. Goldscv then made up the story he agreed with JH to intentionally lose SCW games to him. I showed these logs dating back weeks to Sword but he took Goldscv's word for it despite these chat logs having Goldscv himself say he made the whole thing up.

There was no obs
If no obs then they probably don't cheat. On remastered there's only them korean hacks and I doubt they can afford them. When there's an OBS they 100% do obs cheat most of the time.
