Occasionally I come here to download some reps and check out the forums. I largely stay disconnected because this can be such a toxic community. But this little boy, xs.day, is one terrible person. Just watching the replay of him vs Scan and seeing the abuse this guy puts on Scan is absolutely terrible. Day i've known you and been beating you at this game for years, all these years (15) you have always talked sh** to people, WHY? Is your life seriously this bad that you have to bash on others? Do you realize you ARE the problem in this country? People like you need to seriously WAKE up. You may not realize the importance of being nice to everyone, but I can tell you undoubtedly that you WILL answer for this, mark my words. Yes, I went out of my way to type this up because I am genuinely upset with how you hold yourself as a "MAN" although you act like an immature racist child. I can GARUNTEE you that you do not have the 'balls' to speak to people like this in person.
Mods - I'm not familiar with the rules. I'm sure this type of behavior is allowed unfortunately. Sword & whoever, I personally would like to see something done about this, as it's only RIGHT to take action against the wrong in this world. I'm also sure this happens on a daily basis. But that doesn't make it right. I would be willing to bet that if you cut out behavior like this (BANNING HIM), you would see increased traffic from people who just want to come here and enjoy the game.

i went to a store (aarons) and got a gaming desktop. its badass, 6 core processor, liquid cooling, can change colors, do colored streams, sounds kind of gay but its legit sick af lol. anyways this comp was like $2,500 for everything monitor, mouse, gaming keyboard.. i walked out that day paying only $40.00 they had some deal going on that day.. i pay like $140.00 a month i think til its paid off. did the same thing there with an xbox 1s. theres rent a center and stores where you can do stuff like this.. dont need good credit just need to have had a decent job for atleast 2 years..

What's up BLUE? This the one i knew from years ago? No matter what it was a rip off. Aarons is a horrible company that gets you HARD on interest rates. Source- local ones throughout half of my state tried to steal me from my old employer. I considered it one day until i learned the commission structure and how badly they get over on people. HOWEVER, if you're comfortable paying that price, and it works for you, then its a good deal!

I started playing this game around 99 online, before broadband internet...what you know about 56k?  Been in a bunch of clans, played mainly US-West, played some VGT for a bit but mainly stopped around 2005ish, then randomly played off and on until I started playing COD2/4. Around 2008/9 I started playing some SC2, got decent but never made grandmaster.

What's up yo! Been a long time! I don't really play this game. Maybe like 10 games in the past year. I suck so bad anymore with no desire to care lol. I check here at least a few times a week just to keep up with whatever. I still talk to Squall (Dan), Luke occasionally and a few others from that time. Hope you're doing well!

Is that his record on you? I remember seeing the TvZ you beat him. For once I was cheering you on. JUST ONCE. Dano, Marine was def good. Brain has played pro level for over 5 years, if I remember reading this correctly. I've played on iccup with Marine maybe 6-8 years ago and he was B+ at best from what I remember. There was never a time where Marine was CLOSE to Brain.. Again, Marine was super good, one of the greater players this community has seen. But leagues away from Brain. <3

What's up everyone!
So I haven't played this game on a competitive level in like 8 years, and back when I did play, orig was the go to spot, but BW was just starting to be recognized as the real deal because of the fact you have more options and more strategies. (I came from bw to play orig competitively.) The problem I think with league activity is the fact that its on orig. No matter how you look at it, orig is a watered down and unbalanced version of the game. That's the whole reason that BW was even brought onto the market, and fine tuned. The big deal is that the current fanbase of starcraft is pretty much 99% BW (pubs/ums). All of the pro gamers or Koreans will only play on BW. Hell, I would even come back to play a bw league (played maybe 20~ games last season bw).
Also, some of these top players just haven't matured the way you should. The game is meant to be for fun, and I enjoy talking shit too. But it's just like in the work place or real life, if your boss is a douchebag and talks about all of his successes and smacks you down at every turn, why would you ever try to better yourself? People need to stop acting like such bad asses, take your wins/losses and move along.

ironically, this season is orig because it was viewed as a way to increase activity over BW, as many people on the forums were wishing for orig. pretty funny that being BW is now being considered as a way to increase activity on orig . the endless cycle lol
