I can understand your frustration. Who on earth would want to give their money to someone who doesn't even appreciate it. Looking at the big picture here, it could potentially put the site and the league on the map if hydra beats him. I think hydra can take a few games from him, I really do. Been watching his streams lately and to my surprise hes actually pretty good, he makes a lot of smart decisions and he's also got the apm which is the cherry on top and ive noticed he's very composed under pressure. Hopefully you reconsider if the stars somehow align. If not oh well.... that is also understandable.

Funny, how some people can has the biggest ego in the world for a game 1% of the world knows about. Ha, nerds.
Yeah, I mean TBH koreans in general are bit disrespectful and rude, im not racist I love all cultures but out of all the people I have met and ive met a huge variety of cultures both in person and through gaming, koreans are the ones that stand out in terms of bad manners. Ive grown to sort of dislike them the past year, it's actually the race that most commonly backstabs you in public games. They talk a lot of shit in public games too. We had backstabers/trolls but since remastered I noticed they are most of them and they are frequent. I used to get backstabbed by at least 1 of them each day which doesnt seem like a lot but compared to what im used to, it's quite a bit. Before remastered backstabbing was mayyybe once a week, sometimes not at all for couple of months. Want to reiterate I'm truely not a racist prick lol despite sounding like it. Just laying the facts based on my personal experience in the past 2-3 years of remastered. It was never like this prior to remastered. And obviously I'm not saying all of them, but A LOT of them are quite frankly, rude.

Deng... got excited for nothing. He seems frustrated in that post, think too many people msging him or maybe he doesn't want to play the SCW map. Let sosa talk to him, maybe he'll convince him. Edit: At this point he might be under the impression that you guys are pulling his strings. Seems he just wants to get it done ASAP. Time zones will be rough, he plays like at 6-8am US time.

Might be great for tournaments or just gaming in general, you can host any maps and the program takes up little to no resources, can be ran with the official starcraft as well. Am I the only person who doesn't understand this mentality. What is the purpose of reporting lost games as a win, are most of these cases abuse and if they are, why? Is it to piss people off or are people simply that desperate for the win? I would imagine these are the same people who disconnect in public games to avoid a lost. This logic has never made sense to me, it's extremely foreign. If i had to make sense of it, I guess people do it to piss people off, part of me struggles to believe it's because they are desperate for a win.

The whole point of the imbalances is to create more exciting and fast paced games , and to force players to adapt to them and having multiple play styles and strategy’s. If it’s pvt on top of the t, the Terran player has to learn a good tank push and not triple cc to be abused if he wants to push late game. These imbalances create so much more diversify in play rather then the same old play style game after game
Um... no? The entire point of fastest is to create a faster paced version of what sc was originally meant to be. That version was never meant to be biased towards one race. The game(just like many other games) was meant to be balanced to the best of the creators ability. The map we play is beyond retardation-- to put it nicely--. Can't believe we played this god damn map for as long as we have, honestly.. it's the shittiest map ever invented, we just adapted to it but because we adapted to it doesn't mean it's a good map. Now we know better. I mean, sit down and think about how horribly bad this thing is. win/lose is based on positioning of the map. It's disgusting. The league is based on mostly RNG. It's bad enough that people hope they get PT/PP. Positioning makes it even worse... I would much rather have a bad m/u than a middle spot vs a pp/pt. I don't get how you people are so obsessed with this trashcan of a map, seriously... it's a canister.

I think I might be good for the future of competitive fastest map for players to start branching out to the korean map. Not the styler version but the less bugged versions like Hs, topclan or pokerface. The korean server alone has almost 5 times the amount of players the other server total combined, of which most come from the Asia server.
I can't sit here and say it would take off 100% but I agree with you. People are too stuck on the past. One thing i do know, korean version of fastest is a much more balanced and arguably funner map. Ive been playing this map consistently for about a year now and going back to our fastest is painfully hard to play. It's too much of a gamble. Yes, you could win in middle spots, but all of us can agree that their is a HUGE disadvantage that shouldn't exist especially on a game like sc that is more or less as balanced is going to get. Not going to lie, first 2-3 months is a bit tedious trying to learn but after you adjust, it's surprisingly more enjoyable. I think part of the reason people don't want to change is because of their ego. They are afraid of loosing or tainting their reputation. I get it, thats fine. Smurf around for 1-2 months on super map, try it, learn it. I think most people would have a very difficult time coming back to the map we have been playing for the last decade.
