If you are serious about a low money league, then you should probably create a low money 2on2 league. There is still no ladder for 2on2 and there is only BWCL, where you can play competetive 2on2 (1x 2on2 BO3 in each clanwar), which doesnt really satisfy the needs of the 2on2 players. As a 2on2 player originally myself (before playing fastest with the announcement of Remastered), I was playing 2on2 low money mainly and I can tell you that there are a lot of players just waiting for something like SCW for 2on2 low, myself included. So I would suggest creating a league like SCW (with ladder rating and replay upload and stuff) for 2on2 low money. If you advertise it properly, there will be probably the same or even a bit more players like in SCW.
Anyway any initiative and work from the community should be praised, so thank you in advance, if you really create a league (even if it is "just" a competitor to SCW).

Basically yes, that can happen, especially with such high numbers of valkyries. Since every attack move of a single valkyrie takes up 8 projectile sprites from the as far as I remember correctly 100 projectile sprite limit. So if I remember correctly you can only have 12 valkyries shooting at the same time (without any other unit with projectile attacks).

It enables the extended unit limits (just as it says). This means the amount of units sprites is doubled and the amount of projectile sprites is also doubled. I dont know if you ever saw the message "Cannot create more units", but with the original unit limits, you can see it quite often in 3v3. Especially if there is a Carrier using protoss or a zerg with a lot of hatches. Extending the unit limits basically means you can have double the amount of units on a map, making it basically nearly impossible to see the message "Cannot create more units".
In 1v1 it doesnt really matter all that much. At least the unit limits, will never be even close to be exhausted, BUT the projectile sprite limit actually very well can be. Valkyries are heavily affected by the original projectile sprite limits and can be the cause of them NOT firing, even if they could (like after the cooldown between attacks).
But even then valkyries should be able to shoot on original limits, unless you have a lot of units with a projectile attack.
It really does not matter all that much in my oppinion honestly and since there is no rule for the use of extended unit limits, I think EviL- is fine to use the original limits, especially in 1on1.

I really like you tony and your casting bro, but I voted no. A tournament should always guarantee the best possible situations for the players. This means as lag-free and cheat-free as possible. When you would live cast the games, you would introduce lag into the game (as any other obs) and even if you would use a 5 minute delay, people could still see what the general strategy of the opponent could be. So I am against any obs including casters in a tournament game. BUT I would suggest a rule that prohibits players to talk about the results (other than reporting the result to Sword) and sending the replays asap to the caster. Best solution would be, if you casted the replays just as players finished it. Like players play a game, finish it and give you immediately the replay (before starting the next one) and you cast that replay. That way would be the best compromise imho. Also live casting can be difficult too, things like disconnects or long pauses inside the game happen, which can be uncomfortable to deal with as a caster. Anyway I hope to see a cast of yours for this, whether live or not, it will be a pleasure bro
