I try to be objective, Dave is not my friend, if I could choose his tier he would be tier 4, but his game shows otherwise.

Probably, that's why I consider Alex and Ronin to be tier 4 and that's because they don't spend much time on 1s either. Maybe if Alex wanted he could be tier 2 like in the VGT times.
