Not sure if anyone in this thread knows how to read carefully, but there hasn't been a single point so far where there has been an agreed upon time. Even right now with the last two messages there is only potential.
And what has been happening is that Hydra suggests a time that he thinks will work for JH. JH responds literally at or right after that time. Nobody is dodging here. Just poor communication.
