Very cool discussion!
I think my brother told me that the Europeans created Fastest Map after the Koreans dominated the Low Money scene with no answers to their strategies and kept it a secret from them until they were ready to run it without being crashed onto by the Korean pros.
Unfortunately the Koreans have taken over now by your responses

I remember SilenT. And xS. being on top back when I first moved over to USWest.
It was KoKaNee + koN and ChangDaWei + Jake going hard with Sc.T + Gangster and DefJam huddling around the top 10. Sky[VcK] was a noticable name and I believe I saw LovelyRabbit play as well before I quit.
Sexy-sileNce was winning almost every 2vs2 season but I think he was apart of the SilenT. team then as it was all S a decade ago.

You could modicrop the current layout instead and announce the winner of every season.
The color could be played with but I think the addition of the side record is great.

I won. They claim I got 2nd but I didn't they just changed the scoring at the end of the season. And SCD was on Regular StarCraft not Broodwar which makes a big difference.
What you need to realize is this. The boys in the military use Starcraft to gauge someones intelligence. The problem is their are guys in the military also playing.
But it didn't matter what they did, I still beat the game. The SCW currently is a lot easier then what we had back then.
Is any of you oldies able to list the Winners of every SCD and VGT season for both 1s and 2s?
The List is very sorted after for the game of FMP! 😂
I already knew Military men in the US love this game because Blizzard was such a Huge company back in the day for PC games, everything with a competitive edge in this World they have a huge stake in.

All I know is I was dodging drops and stack attacking on this game since I was 13-14 years old.
If I get out of homelessness and onto this game again, I’ll easily become a top player if I mass games 😂
