It was an advantage for the Terran player but not a clear win beyond a reasonable doubt, so a disconnect is considered a loss. The match history screenshots are convincing evidence that only one side disconnected

Its not designed to support anyone. The rules are rules, and as admin I'm bound to follow the letter of the rules in every case, no matter what emotions may incline me to do or who was more good-mannered in a case. I wish you understood my difficult position here. Never before in any league, whether it be SCD, VGT, has anyone been awarded a win for taking someone's main or getting map control, or any other kind of advantage in the game, if they left the game before it was finished. Am I wrong here? There is nothing logistically special about this case that would make it appropriate to be treated differently. Do I think your opponent was super BM to upload the game? Yes, but that doesn't change the rules.
If you think the rules should be modified so that cases like this are handled differently, please feel free to make a suggestion and if the community shows sufficient support, it will be seriously considered. But we can't selectively pick and choose the procedure for rules that aren't even written
Also, if you think someone's play style promotes boring turtle and/or BM games, you are perfectly within your rights to avoid playing them, and you are fully allowed within the rules to leave a game immediately (stating the reason in chat) if an opponent picked P without explicitly making it clear before the countdown

Traditionally the upload system has taken it on faith that the person reporting has won the game, and has done zero validation on that front. The reason for this is because its not possible to detect with 100% certainty who actually won the game just from the replay.
To help reduce the number of cases of abuse with people falsely uploading their losses as though they were wins, there's a new system in place that validates actual victory, using a number of guesses and heuristics. It should be accurate in around 99.9% of cases; in other words, I estimate around 1 in 1000 games that you legitimately won, the system will reject due to believing you to have lost. In this case a support thread will need to be made to have the game added manually. On the other hand, it is now much more difficult to abuse the system by reporting losses, as the system will reject games that you haven't won

If he picked Protoss after the countdown starts you may say this when the game starts and leave, and the game won't be counted: If there is a dispute regarding the game, you may state the reason of the dispute and leave the game within 1 minute.
This includes:
An opponent picked their race after the countdown but since instead you decided to play out the game this fact becomes void. Winning the game requires you to destroy all of your opponent's structures or force a concession, not to take their main or the map, so there is no grounds for removal here unfortunately  P.S friendly reminder to everyone to keep the BM to a minimum or more bans will be handed out
