Hacks still an option? FFW SC 2019

So.... I just returned to gaming PC status after a 4 year hiatus with only a crap laptop that i would only pub game on MAYBE 1x / month.

I'm curious about the current state of hacking, are there hacks currently in this game? Are there anti-hacks that can combat those hacks? Is it possible that our league contestants are getting away with hacking in this league?

IF SO:
Does this league have any "hacker police" to at least ignite a 'somewhat serious' discussion about anti-hacking?

i know at least one player that has been suspect for past 100 seasons. as far as i know, nothing in place for this lol

But 1-10 (10 being the utmost positive) how positive are you that you can hack in SC1 2019??

i think anything can be hacked if a smart enough nerd is dedicated, but within scw i would say 7/10 that at least ONE person hacks.
