`Reaching out to inactive player and retired players`

I have been trying to reach out to inactive and retired players to come and give StarCraft another shot. But I've ran into the issue of simply being unable to reach out to most of them because I don't know them beyond their usernames on battle.net. If anyone here knows retired or inactive players, please let them know StarcraftWorld is up and running with a bigger prize pool than ever before and a whole lot of active users ready to play.
