I might suggest changing your game play up. I'm not going to watch the rep but EVERYONE pvz goes drops/attack. It's kind sad. Switch the game play, my pvz I would go early drops/reaver at z choke and mass zlots to blow choke. If it didnt work get 12 cars, recall goons temps reavers on one of the sides of his base and do a slow push. Switch up your units gl

We all know fainer is a massive turtle, but there's no rule against it. The game chat also indicates that he offered an AV

Maybe the only possible rule to make for games like this:

After lets say 2 or 3 hour mark, it has to be AV, or you it can be person that has map control gets the victory. This may force people to turtle less and also waste less time?
