Well someone is a liar, there's not really a way around it... reporting a game where you disconnected is a form of cheating; is there any hard evidence of who disconnected so that I can ban that party?

How are we supposed to officially prove that?
The only thing I have is that pic of the channel chat where we see sadistic diablo joining the channel after 8 people joined and that was after I left that game, which means he lost connection and exited battle net.
We even played pub games and he lost connection on one of the games...
