Please remove this game: 2859 ( https://www.starcraftworld.net/index.php?action=league&mode=gamedetails&l=1&gid=2859 )

Before this user starting the game, I did not agree with the observers presence (2nd broken rule). Game chat is also part of the evidence. Please check it and remove the game.

Observers are not allowed if any player does not agree before match begins. Please, confirm it and delete the match.
