I understand that he replied in the given time frame.

I also understand that he BLATANTLY logged on, read my PM's and decided not to communicate with me.

This is around the 5th time I've had to deal with this child trying to get this games in.

I've literally had to sit there and mediate an argument between him and thanks over a turn rate issue. Mind you this isn't the only issue I've run into with Jose.

Jose is just a fucking problem and he knows it. He is trying to swing his weight around knowing he can make top 5 by pub bashing. Yes Jose, you pub bashed this season it's clear to see.

Ultimately and absolutely the decision is yours Sword on this banning situation.

But, if you decide to 'unban' Jose I respectfully resign from hosting the tournament, he is too much to deal with.

If this was his first offense of stalling I would absolutely be more lenient. He has been doing this shit forever and has been stalling tournaments I've hosted and donated for.
