Is it legal to have two accounts with the same name? InFaMouS]reeKo

Having two accounts isn't a bad thing, sometimes it's just for entertainment, but having two accounts with the same visible name? And when you start playing with it, you realize it's not actually the best option? To me, this has a double meaning. One should be as transparent as possible in all one's actions, and this clearly creates confusion.

I can see the concern of having someone tricking people with their names..
But in Reekos case he’s in his own world.  (one account is only D rank bashing to the top and other account is playing only his friends and having an even account not making it past C) now if reeko was playing ppl his rank and kept switching names, tricking ppl and did it enough, then contact mamba or sword about it maybe they can make a reeko rule

I saw that there is a rule of punishment points because inactivity. I think this penalty should be applied if the user has inactivity in playing games against ppl in the same rank for some period of time.
I think this simple rule can avoid some dodger being tops

I asked u three days ago to play just cuz everyone has been asking to play vs u and u refused stating you are playing with friends.  You make accounts Betterthaneric etc.  U say I dodge yet i dodge no one. I play anyone.  Reason I was not wanting to play vs u is because of how bm u are and how much you cry. At least I dont lose to blackduck like u do. I also am rusty.

The discussions about banning games are not the main issue, in the previous season when players reach the maximum rank A or S playing against lower ranks gives them very few points, that is why average players who only abuse playing against low level players could not climb more and we only saw Stone, Resoud Don and Donkey in the first places.

The point is to have two equal accounts (only differences by a character that is not visible to the naked eye) can harm my score by thinking that I am facing the account that has more points, for example if I were rank A and I wanted to play against Reeko rank B, if I lose, I lose 20 points but in reality I occupy his lowest account without realizing it and I lost 100 points, is this not an attempt at fraud?
