Geoff passed away on saturday due to sudden illness at age 33. He played a huge role in competitive starcraft. Honestly sad to hear about this.

iNcontrol was a power lifter with a 200KG+ bench press at one point. If anything he had his diet figured out.

It is definitely bad for your heart to be as big as he used to be in the past. He slimmed down a tad past couple years. My main point was his diet probably consisted of healthy foods, but at a high calorie total. Unlike your implication it didn't consist of fast foods, energy drinks and not doing any physical training.
