Why doesnt the league ban the inferior map in the first place? Is it to avoid competition from proper fastest players?
Maybe you try to use the logic you are demanding. If there is a choice and people do not play the korean map, maybe it is because they dont like it and want to play the western map?
Stop referring that as a western map, use the term inferior map. I am assuming people who play this map want to keep this way so they can avoid playing with superior players, however that will not help the league as only bad players will be playing in it with no new players joining.
