How serious he was with this remark is unknown, but considering present day technology is being declassified to have existed for the military all the way back in the 70s and 80s already, it doesn't seem too far fetched.

True the gov has a black budget im sure part of that is for classified tech research ,I havent read a book in the past couple of months  with the universities being closed i lost access to free books but i will put(Shaman Durek)in my to read list if i get the oportunity too i will  cop it for sure.
