There's no doubt that cole can play on the same level as scan and j.h.  Based on what I've seen of him "dodging" them is more based on that they posed a threat to his standings and pride. He dominated fastest map for yrs uncontended with no one on his level till the Koreans came. He only started cheesing and creating troll accounts when they came. Afraid to play someone on his level when he gives it his all so he created fake names and cheesed to have excuses for his losses. Its a shame because he is extremely talented in fmp and definitely can compete against the Koreans regardless.
