2s "pr" scene is an absolute joke. everyone knows my opinion on it. Its a complete pub bash scene where 2 good players only mass games over and over again against 2 weaker players.  Only partnering 1 maybe 2 partners all season killing activity. Because asking a random weaker player to partner you (which they would love to do and learn from the better player) is way out of the question because everyone is such a pussy and afraid to possible bruise there ego by losing a few extra games in the season.
