The end result does not matter. Cheating is breaking the rules. Breaking the rules has the consequence of punishment. It puts in question all the games he has played prior to this moment. Because there is evidence he has cheated in one game the possibility exists he has cheated in a number of preceding games if not all of them. Add to that the fact Jose has been hacker tagged in VGT, SCD and SCZ and we have reason to believe that he systematically cheats. This gives the league a couple of options.

1) Ban Jose and Javier.
2) Reset their records everytime they get caught cheating or observing an SCW game.

Option 1) hurts league activity but does ensure they can't cheat anymore. Option 2) Gives a very clear cut set of conditions for them to follow. A record reset directly punishes them but still allows them to be active. Not allowing them to obs removes their ability to obs cheat.

lol can not have an impact on SCW if it is a pub game, it is not reported and also lasts 1:22 minutes

Each one is free to think if he wins the previous league with a trap or not.

and about ban or reset your stats ... I think you have the worry of paying your donation to jose xd
