This user "Neo.TeIePort" is cheating through the "spoofing" practice.
It consists of creating an account spoofing some users, to cheat playing with other users.
Generally, they are not registered in SCW, until they get a win. it's a very dirty cheating way...

I attach the evidence. He uses the aka "Neo.TeIePort" spoofing to Neo.TeLeport  (Screen 1)
He got barred some games in the past impersonating to Pro]Lific (Screen 2)

Please check that these facts are true and delete the game.
