Monday 9 PM Peru time. Since neither party has made any effort to announce their actual availability ahead of time, this is the prescribed time for the finish of the first series. Anyone that doesn't show up will be disqualified

Actually, I have made tons of effort for this. JOse constantly does not show up or come on when we arranged. Then he just says go at times.  I already have plans that evening.  If you look through all the messages, he does not respond to anything Aand I have screenshots of him also being in channel and me askign him to play and he does not respond. I should just play tom.
