I don't think Jose or Dingo hack, but they 100% do observer cheat. Maybe even have their own second account in observer slot.

I wouldn't post here but considering there's money on the line, circumstances have changed.
Firstly, we have to assume Sword actually cares about anything we say and hopefully he should because the SCW community is small and everyone's voice here is important.

The ban on Jose for THIS season and next season is excessive, here's why:
Most of Jose's 1v1 games have been without observers, therefore majority of his games have been legitimate.
This player has a history of cheating, but so do quite a few other players even in the top I wont mention names.
My proposal for rest of the season to anyone playing Jose is do not have any unknown and suspicious observers in your games with him.

Lastly, since the 1v1 prize pool is determined upon a final tournament, I suggest allowing Jose the opportunity to participate since he has proved himself legitimate on the basis of points on more than 1 account this season.

The next season ban is justifiable

Anyone knows me Knows I’m pro activity for this league no matter most situations. And Jose is one of the most active players which him being banned does hurt the activity. I haven’t cared to look into anything, I’ve just been focused on playing, but i do know sword and  sword is the most rational person in the league, and wouldn’t dare to suspend or ban someone without knowing he has legitimate proof of Jose cheating. I do know he’s been looking into Jose since the beginning of the complaints so he clearly has done his work on this case. 

 So now it’s not really a question of defending if Jose cheated or not it’s if you guys want him unbanned for his activity and trust he won’t cheat again
