Removed game match ID#1720 hector]ng- abuse.

Hector]ng- reported a loss as a win. Remove this game please. He got dropped all then disc. I also have the screen shot if need be. Plus you can just watch the game and look in the profiles. Remove this and slap an abuser tag on him please. Thanks.
