Cant we make a league for laggers? there are some ppl living as cavemens in todays era. Sometimes the ht storm wont even get off, or the reaver wont even shot... 
Wouldnt it be better if we had the chanel at East?

ronin uses ATNT dial up internet, when someone calls his home phone he lags and almost drops.
