Well... let me put it this way.
Tom = Structure and follow his plan. plays +2 quite early in the game to prepare for long game.
Cole = impulsive and if his first/second strat doesnt work in the game hes dead, he rarley plays medium/long games.

Kokanee has way more build orders he is willing to use than hydra. But the few build orders Hydra does use he's very good at. I rate them about the same but give Hydra the edge mechanically.

Cole doesn’t have a bag of strads he picks from, he watches everyone’s replays and hard counters, it’s not “multiple build orders”.
