Notwithstanding his lack of sportsmanship, Super)V(Pro followed the rules in this case. Nothing he said in the replay indicated that he wanted a draw or that he offered to ally, so his win will be retained.  With that said,  if you (katowiice) think this was an unfair decision, you can create a league suggestion about how to handle stalemate games when one side has clear map control. It might change the result of cases like this, depending purely on community response

SMN, not sure why you feel the need to cut down people for playing a game just because it's old. Would you say the same thing to people playing Chess? This game being 20 years old is not a bad thing, and neither is anyone spending their time doing something they enjoy.
