Is anyone experiencing pain/tightness in their forearm or wrist and want some free help?

I had the exact same problem years ago, maybe like 2  years ago(in fact im pretty sure i made a post about it on these exact forums. )  where my arm would literally stuff up and I couldnt feel my hand. Think that is carpal tunnel. Solution for me personally was stretching and also(most importantly ) not using tense/muscly feeling.

Best way to express this feeling is that you should always feel relaxed when smashing buttons. If you're tense then you're doing it wrong and eventually cause problems like carpal tunnel ect....

Look at pianist on youtube they usually adopt the motion of gravity if that makes sense. They hardly ever use muscle.

Point is you should always be in the state of relaxation not tense like most of us think is viable. For a very long time this tense feeling did benefit me but it comes at the cost of stamina. The thing with this is that you can still get the same results and even better by being in a relaxed form. Examples would be increase of speed, no stress on the joints, no pain.

Adapting to it is  the biggest issue.  But in the end it's all worth it.
