There are exceptions to the rule.
Be'lakor is pretty sweet. Somewhat of an old Opeth style-wise but has its own identity. Withering Strands is a good song with a pretty sweet mid section that reminds of Gojira's "love".

AEnima. They're all so good. All are nearly perfect.

Yeah anything written by tool is considered a masterpiece in my opinion. I seriously don't know how they do it.

All their albums are extremely good but Lateralus takes the cake for me. Reflection is one of the greatest songs ever recorded in my opinion.

Can't wait for August 30th, it is going to be a great day.
