The total scores are:
gomdor: 9-1
evil: 6-7
dingo: 6-7
hearted: 3-8

so evil and dingo are tied and need a bo3 to settle it to decide who is #2 to face gomdor

dingo and evil are tied at 6-7 total score. Per the rules in the first post, they need to play a bo3 to resolve the tie, then winner of that faces gomdor in bo9
