If the league is going to dictate even how you should play, then they're tying the players' hands. Remember that each player's style is their own, and when you play, the one with the most efficient style wins. When Koreans play, they don't complain about canon; they just play, and their skill with their more aggressive style is what gives them the victory. It's not a good rule/format. 44

cuz will be kind hard to front of PP/PT being PZ knowing that making canon wall is most popular build order against those m/u , also what about drops , only 5 canons in base will be insane to defend against drops 48

It also reduces the number of entrances at positions 12 and 6, like the Korean ones.
