GuruPaiMei reported a game that resulted in a draw

Hello, please review Match ID# 2202
He reported that game as a win but he never actually won that game. We ended in a situation where the protoss couldn't kill the terran as a building was lift in the air and he had no units to shoot it down and neither players were mining, which is a stalemate.
He dont understand that it's a draw...
