For as far as I know, Using another person's account for a league match counts as cheating. Based on the history of punishment in the league, we are safe to assume the consequence will be a suspension and a record reset of the parties involved.

Punishment by resetting record or suspension isn't going to stop the continuation of abuse. The question is is the clan war affiliated with eh league? Or it's just an ordinary clan war organized by by both clan leader s. If it organized by both parties n not the league than I guess they can get away with the punishment
