I honestly think ZerG/JosE should just be replaced now.

He has dodged/stalled in the past and will probably do it again. His overall behavior and manners are terrible too, there are plenty of great players at his caliber or higher that won't stall the tournament.

I hate to see tournaments ruined by scumbags that won't cooperate.
